Zambia: GET FIT 100 MW Tender
- Africa

14-12-2017
We understand that the GET FIT Zambia Program, a Government-led effort to implement Zambia’s renewable energy feed-in tariff strategy, has issued a call for a 100 MW tender for solar PV projects up to 20 MW.
GET FIT Zambia will initiate the tender in the first quarter of 2018 and participants will then be able to bid on up to two sites, provided that the proposed projects sell their power to ZESCO, the state-owned power company. This will require each project to be within close proximity of ZESCO’s feed-in/interconnection points.
For more details on the tender please contact Bethan Marks at bethanmarks@eversheds-sutherland.com.
