With covid-19 vaccinations starting to take place outside clinical trials and expected to be more widely available in 2021, forward-looking employers are considering how this fits with their business plans as well as their obligations to staff.
In these early days there are still many questions as to whether employers can require employees to be vaccinated, whether vaccinations are necessary to maintain a safe place of work, how to respond to staff who refuse to be vaccinated, and about data privacy issues.
We welcome you to hear partners from Eversheds Sutherland, GT Law LLC and Khaitan & Co in an interactive webinar to discuss these issues as they relate to employers in China, Hong Kong, India and Singapore.
