Bundestag und Bundesrat haben das Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetz (EEG 2023), Windenergie-auf-See-Gesetz (WindSeeG 2023) und das Wind-an-Land-Gesetz verabschiedet. Da die Gesetze erst 2023 in Kraft treten, werden die offiziellen Gesetzestexte vermutlich noch etwas auf sich warten lassen.
