Index d'égalité salariale : "une avancée pour la parité"

Dès le 1er mars 2019, les entreprises d'au moins 1000 salariés devront publier leurs performances en matière de parité salariale, au regard de cinq critères. Elles devront ensuite remédier à leurs insuffisances éventuelles, sous peine de sanctions financières.
