A few pointers on how to recruit staff without breaking the law

First it should be determined whether the person must be hired on the basis of an employment contract. Polish law prohibits the use of civil- law contracts instead of an employment contract if the work is to be performed under conditions typical for an employment relationship, e.g. at the time and place indicated by the employer, under the direction and at the risk of the employer. A civil-law contract in such case could be deemed by the court to be an employment contract.
