Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to announce the admission of Clemens Stieger to the Vienna bar

    Clemens Stieger, LL.M. (31) has been admitted to the Vienna bar as of 16 November and advances to Legal Director at Eversheds Sutherland in Austria. He specializes in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions as well as real estate and construction law.

    Clemens advises on all types of real estate and corporate transactions, mostly in cross-border matters. He assists his clients in corporate restructuring processes as well as in business relocations in Austria. Furthermore, he advises on all matters of corporate law.

    His clients include national and international companies from various industries such as pharmaceuticals, technology, and real estate.

    Clemens joined the Corporate and Real Estate team of Eversheds Sutherland in 2020. Prior to that, he worked for a law firm in Linz specializing in corporate and M&A.
