Eversheds Sutherland has advised on the completed acquisition of DAN AGRO HOLDING s.r.o.

    Our team acted for the buyer, a company from the Austrian Gutsverwaltung Illmau group. With this transaction the group acquired an agricultural farm in Middle Slovakia with more than 1,000 ha of agricultural land and expands its activities from Austria and Czech to Slovakia.

    The Eversheds Sutherland team of Bernhard Hager, Petra Marková, Štefan Palkovič, Katarína Brath Liebscherová, Mária Sadloňová and Filip Kozoň advised the client on the entire transaction and financing process.
