Successful representation in disputes on the illegality of a Slovak coordination centre

    Dvořák Hager & Partners successfully represented one of the Slovak coordination centres established under the Waste Act in two disputes to determine the illegality of its establishment and the performance of its activities. In the first instance, our client was successful in both cases, although the judgments are still not final. An illegal verdict was sought by the Organisation of Producer Responsibility established by well-known tyre manufacturers.
