Eversheds helps Doosan manufacture sale of retail business

    Eversheds Paris has advised Bobcat Lyon, a subsidiary of the Korean conglomerate Doosan, on the sale of its retail business in Saint Priest, France to Mach 10, a subsidiary of the Spanish group International Trucks & Tractors (I.T.T.).

    Eversheds is the sole legal provider to Doosan Bobcat EMEA, the construction equipment division of the Doosan Group, which specialises in in manufacturing, infrastructure and technology with a 2016 revenue of US$16 bn.

    Doosan is advised in France on a regular basis by Eversheds Paris with Eric Knai, partner. For this transaction, the Eversheds team was led by Catherine Detalle, Of Counsel, and comprised Mathilde Plénat (labour), Jacques Mestoudjian (tax) and Charles Bresson (corporate).
