Eversheds Sutherland has appointed Gaëlle Le Quillec and Julien Fouret who join from Betto Seraglini, a boutique legal arbitration practice in Paris. Both join as partners. Gaëlle and Julien are highly experienced in both commercial and investment arbitration, and both regularly sit as arbitrators.

They have a breadth of experience advising clients in complex arbitrations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa with an emphasis on disputes from numerous sectors including aviation, construction, defence and energy. Gaëlle and Julien join Arbitration Partners David Sellers and Wesley Pydiamah and will work closely with Litigation Partner Remi Kleiman to strengthen Eversheds Sutherland’s global disputes offering in France.

Remi Kleiman, Senior Office Partner, Paris, commented:

“We are building one of the strongest and most diverse arbitration teams in the Paris market, and I really look forward to Gaëlle and Julien joining the team. Paris remains one of the world’s busiest arbitration hubs, and their arrival is a natural and perfect fit to our well-established international arbitration and public international practice, which has been incredibly and constantly busy over the last few years. Their arrival will help us achieve clear synergies with existing clients. I am confident that with our four arbitration partners and fantastic team of associates, we will offer clients in Eversheds Sutherland’s global network a far greater breadth of disputes experience in not only the local market, but also across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
