Eversheds sutherland advised RemadeGroup on a EUR125m unitranche financing

    Eversheds Sutherland advised RemadeGroup, the French leading player in the smartphone refurbishing market, on a EUR125m unitranche financing from three investors: LGT European capital, Idinvest Partners and Swen Capital Partners. With this transaction, the first of that scale in the sector, RemadeGroup aims to industrialize its processes and accelerate its international development.

    The Evershed Sutherland’s team was made of Sophie Perus (Partner) and Blandine Geny (Associate) on the financing aspects as well as Jacques Mestoudjian (Partner) on the taxation aspects. Philippe Torre (Partner) and Karine Giraud (Associate), of Reinhart Marville Torre, advised RemadeGroup on the corporate aspects.

    The lenders were advised by Jones Day with Diane Sénéchal (Partner) and Jessica Derocque (Counsel) on the banking and financial aspects as well as David Swinburne (Partner) regarding private equity aspects.
