Eversheds Sutherland conseille Archer Hotel Capital dans le cadre de l'acquisition de l'hôtel Royal St Honoré

    Le fonds d’investissement hôtelier européen Archer Hotel Capital, a acquis l'hôtel Royal St Honoré à Paris pour un montant de 87 millions d'euros. L'hôtel de 68 chambres comprend également un local commercial de premier plan situé rue St Honoré au cœur de Paris. l’hôtel Royal St Honoré sera géré par la branche opérationnelle d'Archer Hotel Capital, Archer Hotel Management, qui exploite déjà deux autres hôtels à Paris.
