Eversheds Sutherland berät Globus Limited beim Erwerb der ENHA Kunststoffverarbeitungs-GmbH

    Die internationale Wirtschaftskanzlei Eversheds Sutherland hat das britische Unternehmen Globus (Shetland) Ltd. beim Erwerb der deutschen ENHA Kunststoffverarbeitungs-GmbH beraten.

    Globus Ltd., Teil der britischen Globus Gruppe mit Sitz in Manchester, gehört zu den Marktführern in der Entwicklung, Produktion und Vermarktung von Arbeitshandschuhen für eine Vielzahl verschiedener Industrien und Branchen. ENHA ist ein Hersteller für Kopfschutzprodukte wie Kopf-, Augen-, Gehör- und Schweißschutz. Für seine innovativen und patentierten Produkte wurde das Unternehmen mehrfach ausgezeichnet. Im Zuge der Übernahme wurden sämtliche Geschäftsanteile an ENHA sowie die gesamte Belegschaft am Hauptsitz in Nonnweiler vollständig durch Globus Ltd. übernommen.

    Die Globus Gruppe baut durch die Eingliederung von ENHAs ausgewiesener technologischer Expertise ihr Produktportfolio als internationaler Anbieter von Arbeitsschutzlösungen für bestehende wie neue Kunden aus. Besonders die ISO 9001 zertifizierten Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstätten und Testlabore in Nonnweiler sollen die Entwicklung innovativer Hochleistungsprodukte innerhalb der Globus Gruppe verbessern und damit die Wachstumsstrategie der Globus Gruppe nachhaltig stärken.
