Eversheds Sutherland and Khaitan & Co. advise LTI on acquisition of Nielsen+Partner in Germany

    Eversheds Sutherland and leading Indian firm Khaitan & Co. have advised Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd. (LTI) on the acquisition of Nielsen+Partner (N+P), a Hamburg based independent and globally active IT consulting company with 98+ employees. This acquisition further boosts LTI’s credentials as a global expert of Temenos WealthSuite, the leading integrated software solution for wealth managers with 41 of the top 50 banks as its customers. The agreed purchase price is EUR 28 million on a cash free / debt free basis.

    LTI is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company. Founded in 1997, LTI today has operations in 30 countries with more than 27,000 employees and is listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.

    N+P was founded in 1995, and has offices in Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Australia, Singapore and Thailand. The company is recognized for its end-to-end capabilities in Temenos WealthSuite as well as a reliable partner in software engineering in Germany.
