Heisse Kursawe Eversheds advises Shanghai Churui Energy Technology Co. Ltd. on acquisition

    Munich - Shanghai Churui Energy Technology Co. Ltd., together with Scheuerle Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, acquired the assets of the listed inverter manufacturer Solutronic AG. The business of Solutronic AG will now completely be continued by the newly founded Solutronic Energy GmbH. Shanghai Churui Technology mainly focuses on the development and production of intelligent energy storage systems, current generators and electronics. Solutronic AG which is headquartered in Köngen near Stuttgart, Germany, is known for its grid-connected photovoltaic converters and therefore ideally complements the product portfolio of Shanghai Churui Technology. The parties involved agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

    The transaction was accompanied by Heisse Kursawe Eversheds under the aegis of Dr. Alexander Honrath. Dr. Alexander Honrath regularly advises Chinese companies. The latest example is New World China Land Ltd. (NWCL) which he advised on the acquisition of the Pentahotel group.
