Heisse Kursawe Eversheds advises Parker Hannifin Corp. on sale

    Parker Hannifin Corporation, one of the world's leading manufacturers of motion and control technologies and listed on the US stock exchange NYSE, has sold its automotive air conditioning portion of its Mobile Climate Systems Division to ContiTech AG of Hanover, Germany. ContiTech AG is an independent group division of Continental AG and comprises seven specialised, operative business units.

    Heisse Kursawe Eversheds comprehensively advised Parker Hannifin Corp. regarding the German part of the transaction. The team was headed by corporate partner Christof Lamberts in the Munich office. Further team members were Sybille Flindt (Partner, Corporate), Frank Achilles (Partner, HR), Annett Sormann (Associate, Corporate), Dr. Manuela Rauch (Associate, HR), Sabine Wagner (Associate, Commercial) and Carsten Eichler (Associate, Real Estate). In addition to the German Eversheds office, the Czech office Balcar Polanský Eversheds was also involved in the transaction.
