Eversheds Sutherland has advised Johnson Matthey plc on the sale of Johnson Matthey Piezo Products GmbH to a subsidiary of Hoerbiger Holding AG. The business of the sold company consists of the development, design, production and marketing of components based on technical ceramics.
Johnson Matthey plc is a British multinational speciality chemicals and sustainable technologies company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.
Hoerbiger Holding AG is a globally active group based in Zug, Switzerland. Its business areas are compressor technology, hydraulics and drive technology.
