JUVE Awards 2019: Eversheds Sutherland nominated as “law firm of the year for labour and employment law”
- Germany
16-08-2019
Eversheds Sutherland’s German labour and employment law team was nominated by JUVE, the German leading legal publisher, as “law firm of the year for labour and employment law”. The JUVE Awards are considered to be the most important legal industry awards in Germany.
With the Awards, JUVE honours firms and teams which in the course of the year have been standing out with their work as particularly dynamic. The nominations are based on extensive research by the JUVE editors for the annual handbook as well as on numerous interviews and surveys with clients, lawyers and judges.
The German labour and employment law team of Eversheds Sutherland has over 40 lawyers, ten of which are partners. The practice group offers a wide range of services and is specialised in complex reorganisations and restructurings, in particular in international collective bargaining law, the right to strike and labour dispute law, corporate pension plans, international labour and employment law, HR management as well as flexible remuneration/working time models, advising executives as well as compliance, transaction support and litigation.
The award ceremony, announcing the winners of the JUVE Awards, will take place on 24 October 2019 during a festive gala in Frankfurt am Main.
