As Brexit continues to pose a significant business challenge across the island of Ireland, we have made three key partner appointments which will strengthen our Brexit advisory team. Two of the partners will be based in our Dublin office and one in our Belfast office.

Pensions expert, Lorcan Keenan joins our Dublin office as Partner. Lorcan specialises in advising corporate and trustee clients on all aspects of pension scheme needs – from scheme restructurings and funding arrangements to pensions disputes.

Our corporate team in Dublin has been enhanced with the promotion of Enda Cullivan to Partner. Enda has acted for a number of multinational companies advising on corporate issues from investments, and acquisitions and disposals, to corporate governance.

Lisa Bryson has been appointed to Partner in our Belfast office where she has led the employment and immigration practice since 2017. She specialises in contentious and non-contentious employment advice for both public and private sector clients, as well as advising businesses on immigration and global mobility matters.

Alan Murphy, Managing Partner said: “We are very pleased to welcome Lorcan, Enda and Lisa to the partnership and into our Brexit advisory team. Their knowledge, together with that of our international colleagues, further bolsters this unique service, as we seek to help businesses across the island navigate through these uncertain times.”

Lorcan Keenan, Partner, Pensions (Dublin); Lisa Bryson, Partner, Employment & Immigration (Belfast); Alan Murphy, Managing Partner; Enda Cullivan, Partner, Corporate & Commercial (Dublin)
