Eversheds appoints IP, Technology and Data Protection head in Dublin office

    The Dublin office of law firm Eversheds has appointed Marie McGinley as Head of Intellectual Property, Technology and Data Protection in its Dublin team. Marie joins the firm from A&L Goodbody.

    Marie brings substantial experience in both contentious and commercial intellectual property and technology matters, having advised for a broad range of domestic and international clients on commercial, regulatory and transactional matters.

    Marie is a member of the IP and Technology Committee and Commercial Law Committee of the Dublin Solicitor Bar Association. She regularly contributes to the E-Commerce Law Report and PLC and lectures and tutors in the area of Intellectual Property and Information Technology at the Law Society of Ireland.

    Commenting on her appointment, Marie said:
