    Eversheds Sutherland hat beim Verkauf der Sensortec Holding AG, einem führenden Schweizer Unternehmen im Vertrieb von Sensoren und Messumformern für die Gebäudeautomation, an Bemsiq AB den Verkäufer rechtlich und steuerlich beraten. Die Käuferin ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der schwedischen Investment AB Latour.
