Transaktion: Eversheds Sutherland berät den Eigentümer der ADMEDICS bei der Nachfolgeregelung

    Eversheds Sutherland hat den Gründer und langjährigen Verwaltungsratspräsidenten Hans Jäggi bei seiner Nachfolgeregelung und beim Verkauf der AMEDICS AG an den langjährigen Geschäftsführer, Rudolf Meier, beraten. ADMEDICS wurde 2007 von Hans Jäggi gegründet und ist eines der führenden Unternehmen im Bereich Handel und Vertrieb von medizinischen Geräten und Instrumenten.

    Das Team von Eversheds Sutherland bestand aus Marc Nufer (Partner, Corporate M&A) und Dr. Lorenz Raess (Associate).
