Labour law session 1 – 2018

    Starting 27 February 2018, Olivier Dunant and Paul Michel alongside with other social security professionals will have the occasion to present the basis of employment, immigration and international social security law at the Fédération des Entreprises Romandes (FER) in Geneva.

    The course session offers a practical approach to enable participants to gain specific and up-to-date knowledge of employment law, international social security and business immigration. Case studies will be discussed, as well as recent case law rendered by Swiss courts. This course is open to all interested persons and prior legal knowledge is not required.

    The class is organized in five modules, starting at 8.30 a.m. and finishing at 12.00. The five modules can be attended as a whole or separately.
