Sale of Sensortec to Swedish Latour group

    Eversheds Sutherland acted as legal and tax counsel to the seller in the sale of Sensortec Holding AG, a leading Swiss company active in the distribution of sensors and transmitters for building automation, to Bemsiq AB, a subsidiary of Swedish Investment AB Latour.
