Eversheds Sutherland advised Ricoh in the acquisition of LAKE SOLUTIONS AG

    The global technology manufacturer Ricoh took over 100% of the shares in LAKE SOLUTIONS AG headquartered in Zurich-Wallisellen, one of the leading ICT-solutions provider in Switzerland.

    The transaction was a win-win for both parties involved. The acquisition provided Ricoh the opportunity to extend its existing activities in the IT service environment in Switzerland and LAKES SOLUTIONS AG became a part of the international IT service network of the Ricoh group. With the addition of LAKE SOLUTIONS AG into the Ricoh group, its customers will benefit from an enhanced IT services offering that build on the exceptional infrastructure and expertise of LAKE SOLUTIONS AG. In addition, LAKE SOLUTIONS’ existing clients will benefit from access to Ricoh’s global network and a wide range of market-leading products and services.
