Eversheds Sutherland advised sellers of Swiss Capital GES group in the sale to People 2.0 Global

    People 2.0 Global LLP took over the Capital GES Group, including its subsidiaries Capital GES SA, Bridgewater SA and Sigma Management Services S.A., all headquartered in La Tène/Switzerland.

    Capital GES has achieved market-leading status through providing staffing companies to independent contractors and corporate clients with market-leading employment solutions and helping them to expand their international reach in the safest and most profitable manner. Capital GES offers their tailor-made employment and payment services in 29 countries across the globe.

    Eversheds Sutherland acted as legal advisor to the sellers of the Capital GES group on this transaction. The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Marc Nufer (Partner Corporate/M&A) and included Alexander Schütz, Philip Letsch (both Corporate/M&A), Nathalie Urban (Tax) and Sarah Leutwiler (HR).
