    Hoststar has been a leading Swiss provider of web and mail hosting, domain registration and virtual server services for over 20 years. More than 80,000 customers rely on its innovative IT solutions and services, mainly in Switzerland and Austria. Hoststar's main shareholder has sold its shares to Miss Group.

    Eversheds Sutherland advised and represented Hoststar's major shareholder in all legal aspects of this transaction.

    The core team of Eversheds Sutherland consisted of lead partner Marc Nufer, senior associate Alex Schütz and associate Dr Lorenz Raess (all Corporate/M&A Bern).
