Transaction: Eversheds Sutherland advises in the sale of ADMEDICS

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised the founder and long-time chairman Hans Jäggi on his succession and the sale of AMEDICS AG to the managing director, Rudolf Meier. ADMEDICS was founded in 2007 by Hans Jäggi and since then grew into a leading enterprise in the field of trade and distribution of medical devices and instruments in Switzerland.

    The Eversheds Sutherland team consisted of Marc Nufer (Partner, Corporate M&A) and Dr. Lorenz Raess (Associate).
