Acting for a leading Latvian oil transit company in its multi-million disposal of several non-core assets.

One-stop legal service to a domestic Latvian investment fund acting in partnership with a New York Stock Exchange listed investment fund in connection with a large-scale investment in leading IT, security and networking solutions company in Lithuania. The transaction was earmarked the largest equity investment by US investors in Lithuania over the past 15 years.

Representing a leading Latvian tag-boats company in its multi-million sale and acquisition of several sea vessels and tag-boats.
