If your company is not showing sufficient profits nr if you encounter other difficulties that force you to consider winding it up, you may instead want to consider suspending your company's business activities to give you some time to, for example, seek financing or restructure.

How does it work?

Your company may suspend its commercial activities for up to 24 months, provided that it does not have any employees.

During the suspension period the company is nM allowed to conduct any commercial activity, but it still may receive payments for services rendered or goods sold before the day the suspension period began, and it is allowed to sell its assets and take any actions necessary to sustain or preserve its income sources (including participating in any lawsuits).
