We represented Oiva Isännöinti Group Oy in a corporate transaction

    We represented Oiva Isännöinti Group Oy in its acquisition of the entire stock of the Mikkeli-based Arvokaksikko Oy. With the transaction, the turnover of Oiva Isännöinti will increase to approximately EUR 28 million, which means that it has tripled in just over a year. In the same period, the number of personnel has increased from 90 to about 280.

    Oiva Isännöinti aims to thoroughly change the building management business and challenge the market with transparency, straightforward local service and modern tools.

    Partner Heikki Tuomela, Senior Associate Linda Miettinen and Associate Else Leppänen were responsible for the assignment.
