Real Estate

The Real Estate department is led by two partners with a vast experience in both national and international transactions and an in-depth knowledge of the real estate sector.

The department has a proven track record of advising on all types of real estate transactions in the most important sectors: offices, residential, shopping and leisure centres, hotels, logistic parks and warehouses, student residences, residences for the elderly, vacation resorts and timeshare properties.

The clients which the department regularly acts for include institutional investors (such as investment funds and insurance companies), asset management companies, banks and other financial institutions, family offices, hotel operators, large real estate companies and industrial companies with significant real estate portfolios.

Our services

Eversheds Sutherland Commercial, Corporate and M&A Law Department offers the following services:
