Libre circulation: le Conseil fédéral active la clause de sauvegarde à l’égard de la Croatie

    L'accès au marché suisse du travail sera à nouveau limité pour les ressortissants croates en 2023. Le nombre de travailleurs en provenance de Croatie a fortement augmenté cette année et dépasse désormais les valeurs seuils définies dans l'accord sur la libre circulation des personnes (ALCP). Par conséquent, lors de sa séance du 16 novembre 2022, le Conseil fédéral a décidé d'activer la clause de sauvegarde prévue dans l’ALCP.
