Tracy is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is a Senior Legal Manager within our real estate practice group.

Tracy specialises in all aspects of residential development including conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals, option agreements, freehold reversion sales and the disposal of affordable housing, acting mainly for national housebuilders such as Taylor Wimpey and Barratt/David Wilson.
