Practice notes

Noor is a principal associate in the corporate team in Dubai. Noor focuses on cross-border and regional private equity, M&A, joint ventures, and debt & equity capital markets transactions. She has seven years’ experience of advising clients in the Middle East.

Given Noor’s Middle Eastern heritage and Arabic language skills, she is able to effectively combine international education, training and experience with a significant understanding of the Middle East market and business culture which has enabled her to lead on executing complex transactions seamlessly for leading regional clients. This has particularly been evident in her ability to support on complex transactions where publicly listed entities are involved such as securities offerings, IPOs and mergers.

Previously, Noor was a senior associate with Herbert Smith Freehills in Dubai.
