Chloe is an Associate in the Birmingham Core Real Estate team. Chloe is experienced in a wide range of real estate matters and supports a number of her colleagues in the real estate team (including Senior Associates and Partners).

Chloe specialises in acting for major corporate retailers, which includes estate management work, acquisitions and disposals. Day-to-day, Chloe negotiates and completes lease renewals, various licences, sales, purchases and deeds of variation. Chloe also has extensive experience in dealing with SDLT returns and Land Registry applications and requisitions.
