Practice notes

Jonathan is an associate in our Construction and Infrastructure team (part of the Litigation and Dispute Management Group) in the Cambridge Office.

He advises on all aspects of Construction projects including building contracts, professional appointments and connected construction documents, development finance and construction due diligence, as well as assisting with elements of construction dispute resolution.

Recent projects include: advising funders and developers on their development finance requirements; and advising both private sector and public sector employers on both design and build and minor works construction contracts.

Jonathan speaks fluent Japanese and prior to starting his legal career spent a decade in the food and drink sector.
