Practice notes

Lucy is an Associate in our Real Estate practice group.

She specialises in development work and has experience in all aspects of land acquisitions and disposals including the negotiation of options and conditional contracts.

Lucy has significant experience is acting for social housing clients in the acquisition, disposal and refinancing of properties and is aware of the regulatory issues affecting these clients, including charities requirements.

Lucy also has experience in a wide range of other real estate matters including landlord and tenant work and general commercial property management.
