Kerry is a senior associate in our Insurance and Reinsurance Team.

She advises insurance intermediaries and other businesses outside of the insurance sector on a wide range of regulatory issues relating to their insurance distribution activities.

She has advised companies on the terms of employee benefits trusts designed to provide benefits similar to insured private medical expenses schemes

She also drafts, reviews and negotiates insurance market agreements, including appointed representative agreements, insurer terms of business agreements and delegated authority agreements.

Kerry regularly advises offshore entities on the application of the UK insurance regulatory regime to their proposed business activities.
