Meghan is an insolvency lawyer within the Restructuring and Insolvency team in the Nottingham office and has experience of both corporate and personal insolvency work.
Meghan has experience in a wide variety of restructuring and insolvency work, as well as experience of personal insolvency for high-net worth individuals. Meghan specialises in advisory work to boards, Corporate Recovery, Corporate Restructuring, Directors duties advice, reviewing and enforcing security for Lenders and protection of Directors in complex corporate restructuring.
Meghan is a member of the Turnaround Management Association’s Next Gen committee in the East Midlands.
