Claire is a Principal Associate in our Real Estate Investment team. She has 10 years' experience acting for institutional investors and private funds in relation to the acquisition, sale and ongoing management of a wide range of real estate assets in the retail, office, industrial, healthcare and leisure sectors.

Claire has been the key client contact for a number of investor clients leading the team of lawyers that provide asset management support for a number of shopping centres, industrial estates, offices and care homes. She has successfully managed the handover of asset management responsibilities between law firms for several funds on both the sale and purchase of assets and change of legal provider. Claire has created various asset management protocols and precedent suites for both existing and new funds to ensure speed, efficiency and consistency of service.
