M&A:

  • Kingspan Group plc on its acquisition of Colt Investments Limited
  • Digital Wholesale Solutions (Daisy Communications) on its acquisition of Giacom
  • Urban Splash on minority investments by Sekisui House and Homes England
  • Peel Group and Liverpool City Council on the sale of a minority interest in Liverpool Airport
  • A large defence prime in respect of the development of the UCAS
  • Selling shareholders on its disposal of Euravia Aerospace

ECM:

  • Van Elle Holdings plc, Epwin Group plc and Flybe Group plc on their LSE admissions (and various secondary offerings)
