Mark is a partner in our global project finance team and is Head of Infrastructure within Eversheds Sutherland's Governments & Infrastructure Sector.
He advises lenders, funds, sponsors, developers and governmental agencies across transformational infrastructure projects of all types, including social infrastructure (housing, prisons, schools, hospitals), digital infrastructure, logistics/distribution, transport, renewable energy (all technologies including offshore and onshore wind, biomass and solar pv), water and defence. His work is across all stages of the project lifecycle from initial development through to bid submission, financial close through to final repayment and decommissioning.
He has also advised extensively on projects which have been terminated or restructured as a result of performance issues, contractor insolvency, unforeseen events such as a major fire and as a consequences of covid-19.
Mark is identified as a leading individual for infrastructure in the Legal 500 (2021/22).
