Practice notes

Claire is a Senior Associate in the privacy and information law team. Claire’s experience includes:

  • assisting with advising clients on their obligations under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 1998. This has included a GDPR compliance workshop and audits;
  • reviewing and amending contracts, and arranging registrations with the Information Commissioner’s Office;
  • reviewing a privacy statement and working on a cookies policy;
  • working on data protection due diligence;
  • assisting with litigation under the Freedom of Information Act 2000;
  • working on international data protection projects; and
  • assisting in dealing with and responding to subject access requests.
