Practice notes

Stephan is a Counsel in the Labour Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich. In addition to providing comprehensive advice to and representation in court of small and medium-sized enterprises both in collective and individual labour law matters, as well as assisting separation processes both on the employer's and the employee's side, Stephan actively plans the reorganisation and restructuring of companies and provides advisory services during the implementation.

Furthermore, he negotiates company agreements, social plans and company collective bargaining agreements. Particularly since 2009, Stephan has had a focus on the implementation of rules for the use of modern technology at the workplace in collective agreements and on employee data protection.

Moreover, he regularly advises Danish enterprises operating in Germany with respect to labour law matters. He also regularly advises in the field of collective bargaining law for stage artists. In addition to providing advice in labour law matters, Stephan also acts in the field of copyright law.
