Jacobo Martínez is Managing Partner, Director of the Employment Department, Founding Partner at Eversheds Sutherland Madrid office and, Member of the European Board at Eversheds Sutherland. He has extensive experience in the set of matters that make up legal-labor advice, highlighting the implementation of complex remuneration systems, advice regarding labor implications in purchasing processes, mergers and other operations constituting company succession, as well as different staff restructuring processes, collective bargaining and resolution of legal disputes in the social jurisdiction. Jacobo also participates very actively as a speaker in conferences and webinars on labor law.

His experience in this practice area includes advising General Electric, Orange Business Services, Globalvía, Warner, Avery Dennison, Teleflex Medical, Parker Hannifin, Room Mate-Be Mate, Johnson Controls and Innio, among others.
