Aisling has considerable experience in advising healthcare service providers, in both the public and private sector, on all issues in the contentious and non-contentious arenas. She advises hospital management in relation to claims and risk management practices across multi-disciplinary clinical specialities. She works with healthcare management teams in reviewing issues relating to clinical and corporate governance structures and procedures. Aisling is ranked as a band 1 lawyer in healthcare litigation in the Chambers Europe Guide.

She is a member of the Academy of European Law and is an Associate Member of the Irish Health Care Risk Manager’s Association, the Medico Legal Society of Ireland, the Mediation Institute of Ireland, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Society of Medicine.
