Practice notes

Daniel is a partner in our corporate practice. He has a wealth of experience in advising public and private companies in acquisitions, public bids, disposals and fundraisings. His major corporate clients include N Brown plc, Cox & Kings PLC, Liverpool Airports Group, Euro Garages Limited, NCC Group, Renold plc, EMR, Holidaybreak plc, and Bodycote plc.

His recent deals include acting NCC Group plc on its E135m acquisition of Fox-IT, Daisy Group on its £612m take over and the Issa family on the sale of Euro Garages to Optima Bidco for £1.3 billion.

Daniel is a recognised leading corporate lawyer (Chambers and Legal 500) and was North West Business Insider Magazine's "Dealmaker of the Decade". He has been voted the Top Corporate Lawyer in the region five times and is ranked in band one for corporate lawyers in Chambers and Legal 500.

He is an adviser to the London Stock Exchange and a director of the charity, Onside.
