Practice notes

David specialises in commercial and mixed use property development, investment, funding and leasing.

He has advised property companies and funders for many years on all sorts of retail, office, mixed use and leisure schemes. Projects include Bullring, Gunwharf Quays, Cabot Circus, Mailbox, Severn Trent Centre, Grand Central (Birmingham New Street), Victoria Gate Leeds and Westgate Oxford.

David heads up Eversheds' Real Estate Group in Birmingham, he is a member of BCSC and IPF and sits on the BCO committee.

David is noted as a leading individual in Chambers and Legal 500.
