Justinas has more than 20 years of professional experience advising clients on employment matters in corporate restructuring, employment termination guarantees, posting of employees. He has long and profound experience in creating strategy for litigation, in handling employment disputes and the relationship between employers and employee representatives (works councils and trade unions). Justinas holds training sessions for companies on all aspects of employment law.
Justinas represents road carriers Association LINAVA, road carriers, local companies of all types. As an associate professor at Vilnius University Faculty of Law he was member of the working group for drafting of the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania (2017), represents interests of the employers in the Tripartite Council of the Republic of Lithuania. Justinas is engaged in academic activities, makes presentations on labour law at conferences, publishes articles and conducts researches.
